My account was canceled that week as well as yours. However, before they banned me they sent me an e-mail saying run their advertisements on Facebook (not I own every Web site, some apps full Board). Then they banned me.
I sent them an e-mail, to ask, but of course no one responded.
Was your account again and start it? You can contact them to ask why they are not available in your account?
