Hello everyone,
My company has a need for urgent contact regards Facebook, strange reports received.
Our Facebook and back databases from logs shows virtual goods sold x
Facebook reports and the summary shows X/2. That is the first time it happened, and the amount on the report summary is really bellow average daily income.
So we got some chargebacks sane one day without a way to combat it,
Using paypal we get this money back.
Do not contact anyone on Facebook, we filled out the contact forms in the past 2 weeks with the reply,
How you can contact the Facebook?!?!?!
Its impossible to start a business in this way,
We need someone in charge would love if someone could help us,
Phone number/email something answering back.

Okay I see it,
Still we have many other problems that require urgent attention from Facebook,
Not just a talking,
We are very frustrated, as the top on Facebook who pays 30% of income and I expect at least minimal support.
We accept 0, simply can't.
If anyone knows the magic email address/phone number I want to know it.
