Support: OK, you're approved now
We: so, do now?
(No answers, your repeated many times over several days)
Support: we initiated the payment, you should receive it within 3-5 business days
(After 7 days)
We have not received the said payment. Maybe there were some problems with this? Could you please send us swift?
(No answers, your repeated many times over several days)
Support: you send us additional documentation for your bank account?
We: Yeah! We sent all the documentation before
Support: OK we test documentation and approved for payment
(OMG! third!)
And so on ... Haven't we received money or a reasonable answer. The situation is ridiculous.
